We will take care of all management of the property, allowing you to generate income from the property with almost zero involvement. We advertise for a suitable tenant, deal with all the required referencing and legal agreements, maintain the property and collect the rent. At the end of the tenancy we conclude the formal arrangements and can help find new tenants.

Setting up the Tenancy
  • Initial visit to appraise the property

During the Tenancy

  • Transfer of utility bills and council tax to new tenant
  • Regular inspections of the property
